Bush Considering Shift In Policy Re: Iran?

If this piece is indeed correct, then there might be some hope for the Bush Administration after all. I've been worried that the U.S. would sit on the sidelines and undermine the legitimate and useful efforts of the E.U. partners (the U.K., France and Germany). Perhaps the difficulties of the Iraq war has knocked some sense into Bush.
